President Clinton - Feb. 24 - Bringing in the New Decade
AHF was honored to welcome President Bill Clinton, founder of the William J. Clinton Foundation and 42nd President of the United States, for a wonderful, inspiring evening themed "Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow: Building a Better World."
President Clinton spoke about the inter-relation of the world's people, and stressed the importance of a unified and immediate response to disasters such as the earthquake in Haiti.
He also spoke of the horrors of human trafficking, saying, "No matter how you cut it, it's still slavery."
He commended organizations like AHF who work to prevent trafficking by keeping children safe at home and in school.
Thanks to everyone who attended this special event!
