Tshering is central to all our Himalayan programs in Nepal and India. He has a very close understanding of the needs, hopes, and conditions of these communities. Every day, he is in contact with one or some of our partners, brainstorming ways to develop skills, resources, and sustainable enterprises. He also arranges logistics for friends of the Himalaya who want to travel there and see the programs.
