Education

Education is one of the most powerful tools in life. For children across the Himalayas, it provides the opportunity to break free from the cycle of poverty.

We work to remove the barriers that stand between children and the classroom, from supporting early childcare and funding hostels for students from remote villages, to expanding access for children with disabilities. We help vulnerable girls stay in school and safe from exploitation and provide scholarships that make higher education possible for Tibetan refugees.

When children have the chance to learn, they gain more than an education—they gain the confidence and freedom to decide what kind of future they want to live.
